We offer a tenant find only service which includes finding a suitable tenant, negotiating the terms, tenant referencing, collecting the first months’ rent, registering the tenant’s deposit and all the paperwork required to establish a tenancy for your property.
In addition to the above, we can also collect the rent and pay across to you, chasing the rent if it is late which hopefully will not be the case and provide you with monthly statements.
Or choose our in house full property management service if you would like us to look after absolutely everything. In addition to the above, we will handle all contact from your tenants, organise repairs and maintenance, ensure rules and regulations are adhered to, ensure your property is being looked after by conducting regular inspections and communicating to you during the term of the tenancy.
For all of the above, we will place the property on the market, erect a board, make up a brochure, place on the major property portals and our own website, display the property in our office window, accompany all viewings and provide regular feedback.
